What is collected

AI Made Simple records may also include your payment and enrolment status, course access, consent record and referral or campaign source. Affiliate registration collects the bank details required to pay verified commissions.
Why it is collected
The information is used to answer enquiries, manage course registration, initialise and verify payments, provide LMS access, send course information and educational follow-up, handle applicable refund requests, attribute referrals, improve the website and prepare approved affiliate payouts.
Payments
Online payments are processed through Paystack’s secure hosted checkout. Card and bank credentials are submitted to Paystack and are not collected or stored by this website. The website retains the transaction reference, payment status, amount, channel and verification or refund record needed to administer enrolment and reconcile payments.
Campaign and referral attribution
When you arrive through a campaign or affiliate link, the website may store source information such as UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, the landing page, referring page and a valid affiliate code. This helps connect enquiries and verified enrolments to the correct campaign or partner. A valid affiliate code may be retained in a first-party cookie for up to 30 days.
Course, email and service providers
WordPress and Tutor LMS support registration and self-paced course access. Mautic supports consented educational emails and course updates. Paystack processes online payments. Hosting, email and security providers process only the information needed to deliver and protect these services.
Refunds and reversals
A refund request may record the learner’s name, payment reference, request time and reason. When a refund is approved under the terms presented at purchase, LMS and private learner access may be cancelled and related unpaid affiliate commissions are rejected. Payment and refund records are retained for reconciliation and audit.
Retention and protection
Records are retained only for as long as they are needed for service delivery, consented communication, payment reconciliation, legal or tax obligations, fraud prevention and legitimate business records. Access is limited to authorised administrators and service providers.
No internet service can promise absolute security, but reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, subject to records that must be retained for legal, payment or fraud-prevention reasons. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time and may reject optional website tracking.
